Flank Steak

Marinade:

  • 1 c. onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp. ginger
  • ½ c. oil
  • ½ c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. honey
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ c. vinegar
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 4-5 lbs. flank steak

When purchasing flank steak, ask the grocer, to run it through the tenderizer twice. Mix all marinade ingredients together and put the steak in a Ziploc® bag. Marinade for 2 days, rotate if possible.

Grill on medium for 15 minutes, turning once or twice. Cut on diagonal into thin strips and serve.
